Question 1: Do you Accept Insurance?
Yes and No. We do not accept insurance for lift rentals. This allows us to focus less on paperwork and regulatory burden to deliver you high quality service and lifts. However, the physical therapy assessment may be covered. Opportunity PT is in network with traditional Medicare. If you have a commercial insurance or Medicare Advantage plan, you may have out of network benefits to help cover the costs of the physical therapy assessment.
Question 2: How Much is the lift rental?
1 month Rentals are $300 per month and 3 month Rentals are $699 for 3 months
Question 3: Will the lift be delivered to my home?
Yes, all delivery and pickup will be taken care of. Maintenace will also be covered as well.
Question 4: What is your coverage area?
As we are based out of Noblesville, Indiana... any area within 60 minutes of Noblesville. For an additional fee, we will consider traveling outside this area
